WWE Royal Rumble 2022: 6 Last-Minute predictions - Roman Reigns is finally defeated, Hall of Famer wins Royal Rumble, Shock return

This year's Rumble could be full of surprises

#4. Bobby Lashley is the surprise winner of the men's Royal Rumble match

Unpredictable? Yes. Bobby Lashley isn't one of the men who has already been announced for the Rumble match but he is someone who could make quite the impact.

If Lashley is unable to defeat Brock Lesnar earlier in the night, then what is his next move going to be? The Almighty would want to be in the men's Rumble match, other than The Hurt Business throwing him out, it's unlikely he'd be eliminated.

If the plan is still for Brock Lesnar to face off against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania and for Seth Rollins to face either Bobby Lashley or Big E then this route makes the most sense.

Big E won the men's Money in the Bank ladder match last year and had a relatively underwhelming run as champion, so it wouldn't make sense to push him to a Rumble victory.

Bobby Lashley will come out of his bout with Brock Lesnar looking worse for wear and will be seething after his loss. This would be a great way to help him recover and allow him to push forward to WrestleMania.
