Naomi's former tag partner Cameron joined the Royal Rumble next before Deville headed to the ring and eliminated her. Naomi herself was out next before facing off with Deville in the ring.
Naomi eliminated Deville before Carmella came out at No.15 in the Royal Rumble. Mella was stalling before joining the others in the ring and Rhea Ripley came out before sending Carmella into the ring.
Ripley eliminated Vega and Carmella at the same time before Charlotte came out at No.17. Charlotte eliminated Aliyah before Sonya helped drag Naomi out of the ring, eliminating her as well.
Ivory was out next and was sent over the ropes right away, mic still in hand, by Rhea Ripley. Brie Bella was out next, followed by Mickie James, who Pat even introduced as the IMPACT Wrestling Knockout's Champion.
James eliminated McCool before Alicia Fox and then Nikki A.S.H. joined the Rumble. Rhea was waiting for Nikki who sneaked up from behind and tried to take her out. Summer Rae was out at No.23 and went after Natalya in the ring.
