What's the story?

According to WrestleVotes, Braun Strowman's injury may be worse than expected and it may cause WWE to make a huge change in the plans for TLC.

In case you didn't know...

Braun Strowman suffered an elbow injury on RAW when he was attacked by Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre and Baron Corbin. While it was likely just a storyline reason to write him off, the initial reports stated that despite surgery, Braun Strowman would be good to go for TLC.

He's currently in a feud with acting RAW General Manager Baron Corbin and is set to face him in a TLC match. If Strowman wins, he faces Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at the Royal Rumble.

If Corbin wins, he becomes permanent RAW General Manager, but if he loses, he's out of his authority role. Since then, he's seemingly formed a group with Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre, where they took out Finn Balor and Elias this past week.

The heart of the matter

WrestleVotes stated that Braun Strowman may indeed be out of TLC and that WWE is now making changes to the TLC match, potentially making it a multi-man match.

The question is to what the match will become. In most likeliness, it will end up being a six-man tag team match. This would see Baron Corbin, Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre take on Elias, Finn Balor and a third member. This is all pure speculation but it seems like a no-brainer.

As for the third option, there are only two that make any sense - Kurt Angle and Bray Wyatt, with the former obviously being a sensible pick as he's indirectly involved in the storyline as well.

What's next?

Braun Strowman is rehabbing right now and will hope to recover as soon as possible. RAW will take a huge hit if he's not around as a top face, so hopefully he's back soon!
