As disclosed by Tom Colohue during the Clash of Champions review with Korey Gunz, Seth Rollins could lose his Universal title as the company may want him to move to SmackDown.

"There is a possibility that they need the title off of Seth Rollins because he is going to be changing brands."

Look who just shut down all of Tony Khan's critics! More HERE.

SmackDown will be moving to the FOX Network in October and the company is focusing on making sure that the blue brand rakes in the big ratings on Friday nights. To do so, the company needs a handful of established names on SmackDown to carry the show and The Beastslayer could be one of the top talents on RAW that would be asked to do so.

Seth Rollins will take on The Fiend inside the Hell in a Cell on October 6th for the Universal title. Bray Wyatt is the odds-on favourite to win the Universal Championship as he is currently riding on the momentum of The Fiend's popularity.

Wyatt can't afford to lose as it's his first big main event match since the introduction of The Fiend. At the same time, taking the title off of Rollins wouldn't hurt the Beastslayer all that much either as Wyatt is just too strong a character right now.

Rollins possibly moving to SmackDown can mark a fresh start for the 2-time Universal Champion.

Seth Rollins is expected to move from the Paul Heyman-helmed show to the house currently overseen by Eric Bischoff during the next WWE Draft, which will take place on the SmackDown and RAW episodes of October 11th and October 14th respectively.
