Sportskeeda's Tom Colohue revealed on the latest edition of the Dropkick DiSKussions podcast that Goldberg was specifically brought in to beat Bray Wyatt after the company made a host of changes to WrestleMania card leading up to the show.

Colohue also added that WWE never intended to use Goldberg beyond WrestleMania as the WWE Hall of Famer is just too expensive for the company.
