'Based on WWE describing Friday’s Universal title match by saying “if Bryan loses, he’ll be banished from SmackDown”, speculation is Daniel Bryan will lose and move to another brand.'
Daniel Bryan has confirmed in interviews that he is looking to transition into a part-time role soon. So it was initially believed that a loss against Roman Reigns could be a way to write Bryan off TV. However, chances are that he will return soon and join either RAW or NXT instead.
It would be beneficial for Bryan to join NXT and help the young superstars of the black and gold brand.
