Akira Tozawa is not having a great time on Monday Night RAW but Paul Heyman is reportedly keen on pushing him. The Executive Director of the Red brand is someone who has an eye for the talent and has been the force behind several Superstars' push.

According to the Wrestling Observer, Heyman is a fan of Tozawa and that is why he has been booked on RAW very often.

The Observer notes that Paul Heyman is a fan of Akira Tozawa, and that could be why he’s been booked on Raw as much as he has.

Tozawa is a part of the tournament on NXT to crown the Interim Cruiserweight champion. Apart from that, he was also involved in the Last Chance Gauntlet Match on Monday Night RAW this week but he did not get a chance to impress in the match.

Regardless of the results of his matches, Tozawa will have a good future in the company if Paul Heyman remains on his side for the foreseeable future.
