WWE Rumors: Brock Lesnar and Goldberg to appear on multiple editions of Raw in January

In order to build up the hype for the Royal Rumble event, WWE has planned to utilise the drawing power of Goldberg and Brock Lesnar to maximum effect. According to CageSide Seats, both Superstars are rumoured to appear on multiple episodes of Raw in January.

At Survivor Series, Goldberg came out of retirement and squashed the Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar in under two minutes, much to the shock of every WWE fan. Following the mind-numbing squash, Goldberg announced on the post-Survivor Series edition of Monday Night Raw that he would be participating in the Royal Rumble, much to the delight of WWE fans.

Following Goldberg’s announcement, Paul Heyman – the advocate of Brock Lesnar, in an interview with Michael Cole said, “If Goldberg is in the Royal Rumble, then my client, Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar is also in the Royal Rumble”, confirming that Brock Lesnar is also in the Royal Rumble match.

These announcements generated a huge buzz in the world of WWE as fans eagerly await the third clash between the two titans in the Royal Rumble. According to Cagesideseats, WWE is looking to capitalise on this huge buzz heading into Royal Rumble.

It is rumoured that both Brock Lesnar and Goldberg will be appearing on multiple editions of Monday Night Raw heading into Royal Rumble to promote the event. If this happens, WWE fans need not have to wait till Royal Rumble to see the two titans clash.
