WWE Rumors: The three women Vince McMahon wants as the top stars in the Women's Division revealed?

What's the story?

Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch are arguably the top stars of WWE's Women's Division right now, with Charlotte hot on their heels, but who does Vince McMahon see as the three women he wants to lead the Women's Division when Ronda Rousey is gone?

In case you didn't know...

Ronda Rousey is set to headline WrestleMania as the Raw Women's Champion facing either Charlotte, Becky Lynch or both of them. The match is more than likely going to main event WrestleMania, making it the first ever women's match to do so.

After that, however, there are rumblings that Ronda Rousey is going to take time off from the WWE. It was alleged that she wanted to do so to have a baby, something that Rousey herself addressed by saying the following:

"I honestly don’t know why [anyone] feels like [they’re] an authority to speak on the plans for my uterus. If I responded every single time the world speculated what I was doing with my womb I would not have a free moment in the day."

The heart of the matter

Whilst it's clear that Rousey won't be in the WWE forever, it appears that Vince McMahon has some idea of who he wants at the top of his women's division when she does leave, as per Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Radio.

"Right now the idea is that, you know, when Ronda leaves, whenever that will be - the big three will be Charlotte, Becky Lynch and Lacey Evans. Which, you know, is kind of a shock and she may not make it. But that's where they see things."

It should come as no surprise to anyone that Charlotte and Becky Lynch are being considered as two of the big three given everything that's happened so far. However, I won't blame anyone for being shocked about Evans' name being thrown around with them!

But when you consider that Evans is the current planned opponent for Asuka at WrestleMania you start to build a picture of how the WWE perceive her, and perhaps what the result will be.

What's next?

A distraction from Evans recently cost WWE SmackDown Women's Champion Asuka a match against Mandy Rose, so it seems we are indeed heading towards a programme between the two.
