WWE Rumours: CM Punk coming back talks grow stronger after AJ Lee's return

Will CM Punk return to the WWE?

Rumours have been doing rounds backstage that CM Punk may comeback to the WWE mainly because after his newly wedded wife AJ Lee returned to Monday Night Raw.

Those speculations got stronger after WWE’s announcement that Punk will be featured in Wrestlemania rewind this week.

As discussed earlier, CM Punk’s contract will end on July 17, 2014 which means that WWE have to make a decision on his future in the company. But according to PWInsider, there has been no contact from WWE’s side for that matter since February. for now sources say that nothing has changed regarding his status.

The Straight Edge superstar chose to walk away from the ring earlier this year and has kept himself aloof from all the current events. Although WWE has also remained quiet with his situation, we are definitely going to have a word or two about his future.
