What’s the story?

WWE Super Showdown is all set to air live from King Abdullah International Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in a few hours. Iconic showdowns such as The Undertaker/Goldberg and Triple H/Randy Orton have got people talking.

Additionally, a massive 50-man Battle Royal is also scheduled to take place and can perhaps end up stealing the show out of the blue. To spice things up, it seems like the winner of that match has already been revealed… merely hours before the event kicks off.

In case you didn’t know…

In the latest WWE NEWS, over a year ago, WWE signed a 10-year contract with Saudi Arabia’s General Sports Authority (GSA). According to the deal, WWE has to hold multiple events per year in the country. The massive pay scale of each event has resulted in many legends becoming a part of this event in one form or the other. Moreover, the local performers are also showcased occasionally in the multi-man matches.

The heart of the matter...

With 50 men participating in what can be called perhaps the biggest Battle Royal in WWE history, many people would expect names like Ali, The Miz, Ricochet or a returning legend to take the grand prize.

According to WrestleVotes however, WWE might be planning something different as Saudi Arabia’s own Mansoor (currently signed to NXT) is set to win the battle royal.

This would most definitely result in a crowd-pleasing moment. Mansoor is just 23 years old and currently performs on the NXT Brand. A win tonight could do wonders for him and pave the way for a massive push down the line.

What’s next?

WrestleVotes has a track record of sharing surprising rumors that turn out to be true. So, it’s better to get familiar with Mansoor until the event starts, as suggested by WrestleVotes, and keep an eye on him during the match.
