#1 Kevin Owens gets suspended after attacking Shane McMahon

This could totally be on the cards after what happened last week.

On the last episode of SmackDown Live, Kevin Owens faced Elias in the first round qualifying match for the King of the Ring tournament. However, the latter picked up a victory thanks to a quick count by the special guest referee, Shane McMahon.

In case you did not know, Owens was fined $100,000 a week prior by Shane McMahon and given how things unfolded this week, it seems WWE is not in the mood of putting this feud to bed anytime soon.

Thus, expect an infuriated Owens to confront Shane McMahon for his actions last week. This could then turn south very soon resulting in Owens getting suspended indefinitely. I mean, that's how it goes in these types of storylines, right?

On another note, as I have said it before, the existing feud between Shane and Owens has already become stale and WWE needs something magical to make it relevant once again.
