It seems things keep getting worse for Ali each week. After he made his debut on the main roster, he got over with the fans quickly due to his natural charisma, becoming a beloved babyface.
However, that momentum came to a halt when he got injured early this year. WWE has been very inconsistent with his booking since he returned from the injury.
He had some inspiring babyface promos and vignettes which gave fans the idea that he would be pushed to the top. However, it's not been smooth sailing for him as he has constantly suffered losses to other mid-carders. This week on SmackDown, he teamed up with Shorty G to take on Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro.
Ali looked weak yet again as he took the pin from Nakamura to suffer another loss. His partner, Shorty G, isn't on this list because he has had a lot of victories in the last two months.
