#1 What happened to Drew McIntyre?

At the beginning of the night, The New Day celebrated the victory of their leader and his first major title win at WWE WrestleMania.

The crowd was overjoyed by Kofi and his victory, but the party was soon ruined by The Bar and Raw’s Drew McIntyre. This resulted in a match being booked between the six men for the end of the night in a second six-man tag team match for SmackDown this week.

As the match between the six men was reaching its end, something happened that the commentary team never mentioned. McIntyre was in control of Xavier Woods and slammed him on top of the announce table as SmackDown went to commercial break towards the end of the match.

They came back from another commercial and McIntyre was nowhere to be seen as The New Day put away Sheamus to get the pinfall victory.

While it is not sure what happened, many are speculating that McIntyre was injured during the clash and walked out as a result of that.

However, it is also possible that the villainous character left his partners for dead after he saw no point competing any further.
