WWE SmackDown Live Preview: 3 MITB Qualifiers, Multiple Debuts

Tonight's SmackDown should be a packed episode. We already know that a number of MITB qualifiers will be on the show tonight.

We can also expect the next stage of Shinsuke Nakamura and AJ Styles' feud. With Backlash now over, we can also get a number of SmackDown debuts.

Money In The Bank Qualifiers

With Money In The Bank in June, we're getting a number of Money In The Bank qualifiers tonight on SmackDown. First up, The Miz takes on US Champion Jeff Hardy. Daniel Bryan is also in qualifying action and he faces Rusev.

The third qualifying match sees former SmackDown women's champion Charlotte face one-half of the IIconics, Peyton Royce. Who will qualify for a shot at the Money In The Bank contract? We'll find out tonight.

What kind of shape is Daniel Bryan in?

Daniel Bryan overcame the much larger Big Cass at Backlash. He brought Cass down to the ground before locking the 'Yes Lock', to which Big Cass tapped out almost immediately. Unable to take the humiliation, Cass viciously attacked Bryan once again after the match, leaving Bryan limp in the ring before walking away.

Bryan was supposed to appear in the Backlash post-show but Renee Young informed us that Bryan was injured and unable to be there, in kayfabe of course.

We'll have to wait till tonight to see what kind of shape Daniel Bryan is in. As of now, he's scheduled to face Rusev tonight for a place in the Money In The Bank ladder match.

What's next for Nakamura and Styles?

Shinsuke Nakamura and AJ Styles' third match ended in a double count-out at Backlash after both men went down after hitting each other with simultaneous low blows. AJ and Nakamura's feud still hasn't had a decisive ending which leads to the feeling that they could have one more match, possibly at Money In The Bank.

We will find out what's next for these two men - possibly a gimmick match like a cage match, since No DQ couldn't produce a clear winner. Another facet of this is, what does Samoa Joe have in mind?

Multiple debuts

We could get a number of debuts tonight on SmackDown. SAniTy could finally make their bow on the main roster and unleash chaos on the blue brand. Young, Wolfe and Dain will come to the main roster with a chip on their shoulders and points to prove.

Another debut that could happen on SmackDown tonight is former NXT Champion Andrade 'Cien' Almas and his manager Zelina Vega.
