Eric attacked Jeff right off the bat but Hardy went for the Twist of Fate and missed. Eric escaped the ring as we headed for commercials. The champ was in trouble when we returned and Eric had Jeff in a hold on the top rope. Young attacked Jeff's neck and administered yet another hold but Jeff worked through the pain and won back some momentum with heavy kicks.
Eric had the upper hand again and Jeff replied with a jawbreaker and an atomic drop followed by a low dropkick. Hardy and Young were both down after hitting each other with clotheslines when the Usos came out and attacked Wolfe and Dain who were ringside. Young noticed the attack and left the ring to help his team members and followed one of the Usos to the ring where the subsequent fight between them ended in a DQ finish.
Result: Jeff Hardy def. Eric Young via DQ
