Shane McMahon kicked off SmackDown Live by recalling what happened last week between Roman Reigns and Vince McMahon.

We saw a small video package of Roman hitting the Superman punch on Vince before Shane ordered Reigns to the ring to face the consequences.

Reigns came out with a mic but threw it away in the ring and Shane di the same as they got ready to attack each other.

Elias caught Reigns from behind and Shane unloaded on the former RAW Superstar. The two heels demolished Reigns and left him in the ring as they walked out. Backstage, Elias and Shane were talking about how there's 'more to come'.


Kofi was backstage and gave a short interview with Woods to Kayla Braxton. They said Big E would be fine soon enough but for now, they had a new honorary member, Kevin Owens a.k.a Big O.

Finn Balor vs. Andrade

Andrade started off strong and hit a huge dive outside after Vega interrupted by trying to pull Andrade out of the ring. Andrade kept on the offensive and went for a submission move after delivering a knee to the face. Balor regained control with double stomps and threw Andrade outside before hitting a huge dive.

Andrade hit the double knees in the corner but Balor kicked out of the following pin. Balor hit an inverted suplex and Vega went to the top rope to hit Balor but was caught by Andrade before Finn hit a dropkick and a Coupe de Grace for a quick win.

Result: Finn Balor def. Andrade

Elias was in the parking lot with his guitar and sang to the camera that he challenged Roman Reings to a one-on-one match at Money in the Bank. Shane came in from offscreen and the two drove off after issuing the challenge to Roman.

Kairi Sane vs. Peyton Royce

The match kicked off with Peyton Royce landing a few kicks on Sane who dragged Royce to the floor and then landed a kick followed by the Interceptor. She followed it up with a sliding elbow and then the Insane Elbow before getting the pin and the three-count.

Chad Gable was in the middle of his entrance before his fight with Jinder Mahal when Lars Sullivan attacked Gable from behind and wiped him out on the ring post. Lars then went into the ring before Jinder fled and Sullivan took out the Singh Brothers with a couple of slams. R Truth came out to face Sullivan but he too was knocked out by the giant before he made his retreat.

Backstage, Roman Reigns accepted Elias' challenge and will face him at Money in the Bank.

Up next was Becky Lynch's first encounter with Charlotte since WrestleMania where Becky defeated her and Rousey to become 'Becky Two Belt'.

Charlotte came out and cribbed about how Becky never pinned her to win the SmackDown women's title but Becky came out to protest. Becky accused her of hogging the opportunities and called her the 'web that management won't let her escape'. Becky added that the likes of Bayley and Mickie James deserved to face her more than Charlotte.

Flair was about to retort when Bayley came out and the two got into a heated argument in the ring before Bayley knocked the mic out of Charlotte's hands. The two got ready to fight as we headed for commercials.

Bayley knocked Charlotte off her feet early on and then hit a DDT on the ropes sending Flair outside. Bayley hit a big kick and Charlotte used the ropes to extend Bayley's neck. Bayley hit a Belly to Back Suplex but both women got hurt in the process. Bayley hit the Sunset Flip but Charlotte kicked out of it. Charlotte recovered and hit a spear on Bayley before getting the pin.

Result: Charlotte def. Bayley and earned a future shot at Becky's SmackDown Live Women's Championship

Kofi Kingston vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

Kofi and Nakamura started off with an amazing sequence of moves before the challenged hit the Bad Vibrations on the champ. Nakamura tried putting Kofi in a triangle lock but Kofi managed to get out of it. Kofi hit a top rope move and went for a pin but Nakamura kicked out.

Nakamura had Kofi in a chokehold as we returned and Kofi tried to get out of the ring. Outside, Nakamura drove Kofi into the steel steps. Back in the ring, Nakamura hit some big kicks but Kofi was fired up. Kingston hit a dropkick took a big suplex off the ropes. Kofi hit the SOS and Rusev broke the pin and attacked Kofi.

Result: Kofi Kingston def. Shinsuke Nakamura via DQ

KO and Woods got involved but Owens turned on Kofi at the last second and took him out before ripping the New Day T-shirt.

KO sent Kofi into the barricades and kept attacking the champ and then took his title to the ring to taunt him. KO kicked Kofi into the corner and then threw him out of the ring but Xavier Woods came in with the save. KO hit a pop up powebomb on Woods before the officials broke it up.
