The Miz was out next and sent out a challenge to Shinsuke Nakamura at Clash of Champions for the Intercontinental Championship. Sami Zayn came out and called him the King of Soft Style. Miz challenged Zayn to a match before Shinsuke attacked him from behind. Sami Zayn made Shinsuke Nakamura bring him into the ring and ordered him to hit a Kinshasa on The Miz, while Zayn hyped him up.

Backstage, Kevin Owens entered Shane McMahon's office, only to find Elias. Elias revealed that Shane McMahon wasn't there at all. Owens just smiled and left.

Bayley vs. Lacey Evans

The two go outside and Bayley neutralized Evans. Both of them nearly got counted out but Bayley got in at 8 and Evans at 9. They started countering each other and Bayley landed a very weak Bayley-to-Belly, only for Evans to latch onto the ropes next to her.

Bayley managed to scrape through and hit a Bayley-to-Belly to earn a gutsy victory. Charlotte sarcastically applauded in the background.

Result: Bayley def. Lacey Evans
