WWE News: Two Superstars added to the RAW Women's Survivor Series team

Who will fill the last three spots in the Survivor Series team?
Who will fill the last three spots in the women's Survivor Series team?

What's the story?

Tonight on Monday Night RAW in Manchester, England, Alicia Fox added Alicia Fox and Sasha Banks to the RAW Women's Traditional Survivor Series team heading into Survivor Series. However, Bayley didn't make the cut.

In case you didn't know...

Alicia Fox won a Triple-Threat match against Bayley and Sasha Banks to become the captain of the RAW Women's Traditional Survivor Series team. The following week on RAW, Nia Jax returned and defeated Bayley, becoming the second woman to join the team.

The heart of the matter

Asuka dominated another enhancement talent early on in Manchester's Monday Night RAW, later being announced as the newest addition to Team RAW via a graphic on the big-screen; that didn't seem like a big enough deal for 'The Empress of Tomorrow.'

Bayley and Sasha Banks also wanted to join the team, but only the Boss was added to the team after the former NXT standouts defeated Alicia Fox and Nia Jax in tag-team action. The finish came when Nia Jax was dumped from the ring and Banks managed to trap Alicia Fox in the Bank Statement.

What's next?

The RAW women's team is looking strong, with the exception of perhaps Alicia Fox. We've got the 530+ day unbeaten Asuka, the dominant Nia Jax, the technically gifted Sasha Banks, and the crazy Alicia Fox. Who the fifth member will be is anyone's guess.

This team will do battle against Becky Lynch, Carmella, Charlotte, Naomi and Tamina who were all announced on last week's SmackDown LIVE.

Author's take

I've got to be honest, I'm excited about this match now that they've added Asuka into the mix. Working as part of a team, and in a Traditional Survivor Series match environment is a situation we've never seen Asuka in before in the WWE, and I can't wait to see how they handle it. Hopefully, they manage to protect her undefeated streak as well.
