#2. Sasha Banks has never successfully defended the RAW Women's Championship, including at SummerSlam

Sasha Banks defended her RAW Women's Championship in the second match of the night for Asuka at this year's SummerSlam. Ahead of the contest, Asuka had already been defeated by Bayley in the opening match of the show after The Boss had helped her friend to retain the SmackDown Women's Championship.

Banks looks to do the same, but Bayley's interference didn't work and Asuka was able to reverse into the Asuka Lock to force the Champion to tap.

This is the first time The Empress of Tomorrow has been a two-time Champion with any title in WWE throughout her time in the company as part of her SummerSlam debut. But the match has also furthered a harrowing statistic for Banks.

This loss means that Banks has been unable to successfully defend the RAW Women's Championship in the five different reigns that she has had over the past few years.

Banks thought that she was getting a version of Asuka who had been softened up by her tag team partner following her match earlier in the night. Instead, SummerSlam was actually Asuka's night.
