Will R-Truth be forced to defend his Championship in The Middle East?
This week on SmackDown Live, Shane McMahon ordered R-Truth to be part of a sanctioned match with Elias for the 24/7 Championship. This led to Elias winning the Championship before R-Truth won it back merely minutes later when he followed Elias under the ring with a referee.

R-Truth was pinned last night by Jinder Mahal at the airport on his way to Saudi Arabia and lost his Championship once again before he was able to pin Mahal as he slept on the plane a few hours later. This is the second time there has been a back and forth between R-Truth and Mahal over the 24/7 Championship so if the company needed a filler match for tonight's show then this would be the perfect addition.

The 24/7 Championship has to be featured in some way, so it will be interesting to see if R-Truth is in the 50-man Battle Royal and a number of stars attempt to pin him throughout.
