Orton has been left off the SmackDown team

Randy Orton's recent heel turn has worked wonders for his career, and it's quite the surprise that he has been left off Team SmackDown at Survivor Series, especially given his history at the event.

Of course, as we've already discovered, there is every chance the WWE will pull off a last minute change to the match and have Orton replace Rey Mysterio or Jeff Hardy.

Presuming that doesn't happen, however, it seems highly likely that Orton will still make an appearance at the event, with Rey Mysterio his most likely target on the night.

Orton is a man operating without motive and because of that, there is every chance that he won't care about costing SmackDown the big match if it means he can take another shot at Rey Mysterio.
