Similar to the Tag Teams match on the pre-card, this match will take place to get as many people on the card as possible, and will also fit into the theme of the night.
This year's Survivor Series shouldn't be as geared towards brand warfare as the previous years have been, largely because it will damage the flow of the current ongoing storylines.
That being said, Evolution will provide the WWE with a chance to set this match-up, and the company will want to try and keep as many female performers as relevant as possible following the event.
It also seems likely that we will have women's tag-team titles by this point, and it would make sense if they didn't have a fixed brand.
