Lars has been teased since Survivor Series to make his main roster debut. The possible reason why he was teased at an event that showcased a battle between the two brands was to ensure that fans know that the next battle between the brands will be for Sullivan.

Working as a free-agent, Sullivan will initially make appearances on both brands before one of the brands are able to convince him to sign on.

After Survivor Series, the next big event to showcase dual brand talent is TLC. Therefore it makes perfect sense for Lars to make an appearance at the event to announce his arrival on the main roster.

Since a few reports have emerged that he will be pushed by WWE from the word go, I’m going to predict that he will play a major role by running interference in a big match. That match could be one of the title matches on the card.
