#1 Heath Slater will cost Baron Corbin his authority

Will we see Slater in his new role at TLC?

On last week’s episode of RAW, we saw Baron Corbin over-exercise his authority to set up a match between best friends and teammates, Rhyno and Heath Slater. The stipulation of the match was that the loser would be fired from RAW as the roster is overcrowded.

Both men have been long-serving wrestlers for the company, and have helped put many wrestlers over for the company.

In a heartwarming match, we saw Slater defeat Rhyno, only to find out later that Slater’s role in the company was now as a referee rather than an active wrestler.

Since Slater will also have a score to settle with the General Manager Elect, it is possible that during the match between Corbin and Braun Strowman, or the six-man tag match if the change does take place, the referee will get knocked out somehow.

Heath Slater would then enter the ring as the new replacement referee, and help Strowman win the match, ultimately stripping Corbin of his powers on RAW.
