The WWE Universe was left spell-bound when they saw their favorite WWE faction reunite yet again on WWE RAW this week.
The show started with Roman Reigns coming out to announce his intentions to get the team back together one more time on WWE.
Seth Rollins had his own share of reservations about the reunion, given that it was him that Dean Ambrose had attacked when he decided to turn his back on the Shield. This took place on the same night that Roman Reigns had announced that he was suffering from Leukaemia and that he had to take a step back from WWE to focus on fighting his illness.
Since then, last week Roman Reigns came back to WWE. He announced that his disease was in remission and that he was doing far better and he would be a regular part of WWE programming.
Rollins and Reigns reunited, and later in the day, they helped out their friend, Dean Ambrose.
Unfortunately, it appeared that Ambrose was unwilling to join Shield once again. He was attacked by Elias this week before he could answer, and then in the leadup to the match, he repeatedly turned down their offers to join the faction.
When he faced Elias, Ambrose would, unfortunately, lose yet again. When Roman Reigns and Rollins came out after the match to ask him to join the group yet again, he turned them down yet again. He was leaving through the crowd when Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley, and Baron Corbin came out to attack Reigns and Rollins.
The numbers game was against them, and Ambrose came back to help out his former teammates. This proved to be the lynchpin, and after they had taken the three men out of the ring, Shield finally reunited, as Dean Ambrose joined his brothers in the Iconic fistbump.
