WWE is infamous for derailing the momentum of a lot of Superstars. Remember Bobby Lashley? After Extreme Rules 2018, Lashley was one of the hottest Superstars on WWE. Two weeks later, the Dominator subsided to irrelevancy after conceding a defeat to Roman Reigns. Now, Lashley is having a forgettable Intercontinental title reign and random six-man tag team matches.

Similarly, Braun Strowman's defeat against Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel derailed the Monster Among Men. Braun will be competing for the Andre the Giant Memorial trophy on the kick-off show of WrestleMania 35.

WWE should not repeat the same story with Drew McIntyre. WWE's fragile booking team may forget what to do with McIntyre once he concedes a clean defeat to Reigns on the biggest stage of WWE. We do not want Drew to become another random guy in the RAW mid-card.
