Cesaro waited for over a decade to get a singles match at WrestleMania. 2021 proved to be his year as he got a match against Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 37. Rollins had targeted Cesaro since his return during the 2021 Royal Rumble, and the story had a good build.

Both men put on a great performance in the match and kept the pace up throughout. Instead of giving Cesaro a squash victory, creative did well to make him work hard and show his class against a former WWE Champion.

Cesaro should have had his moment in WWE by now. However, it’s unfortunate that he hasn’t received a massive push even though he’s earned it several times. Will his victory at WrestleMania finally give him the chance to push ahead?

Like Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre, Cesaro has been waiting in line for his WrestleMania moment. He can finally work on it and possibly get it at WrestleMania 38. The top title scene could be filled with heels following The Show of Shows, and Cesaro could enter it as a babyface to go all the way.
