Bobby Lashley will walk into WrestleMania Backlash as the reigning WWE Champion. Lashley defeated Drew McIntyre to retain the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 37. However, he will have to face McIntyre and Braun Strowman in a Triple Threat Match for his title.

While the odds are against Lashley, he has proven his dominance over the past several months. Lashley has not only defeated McIntyre, but he also pinned Strowman on RAW a couple of weeks ago.

The momentum will likely help him during his title defense at WrestleMania Backlash. At the pay-per-view, WWE must allow Lashley to take down Strowman and pin him to retain his title once again.
