5 Superstars who are ruining WWE at the moment

Blaming a particular wrestler for the WWE’s failure might be a harsh thing. But then again, it’s all those little drops that pile up a Tsunami. Over the past couple of years, WWE has been subjected to a lot of criticism about their product and the roster has played a major part in earning this bad reputation.A superstar might have a good solid fan base of his own but once he starts disrupting the entire image of the company, then he could be categorized into someone who is ruining the entire promotion. There are a number of such superstars in the current roster as well and here is a rundown on them.

#5 All those \"super model\" divas

The give divas a chance hashtag was trending all across the social media recently and the fans had all the right to back this moment. But thinking about it, how many of the main roster girls could hang in the ring for a twenty or say ten minute match.

Of course there are women wrestlers like Natalya, Paige, AJ Lee or even Naomi in the main roster but what about the other divas? The ones, that come out from a failed supermodel background just for the purpose of showing off their curves in WWE.

The Bellas and Eva Marie are prime examples for the same and as long as WWE doesnt give more television to the women wrestlers, these failed supermodels are going to make a mess.

#4 Big Show

With all respect to what Big Show has done over his career, it is time for him to call it a day. He has had more turns in the past year than the roads in United States and doesn’t even know what he is doing in the weekly programming.

Show is nowhere near his prime and has considerably slowed down in between the ropes. To be frank, he is still capable of giving out a good match but the way in which he is booked is ridiculous.

The World’s largest Athlete is an unwanted addition into the main event Authority angle and even if he is missing from there, the fans wouldn’t notice since he has minimal impact.

#3 John Cena

The dueling chants of “Let's go Cena” and “Cena sucks” have been filling arenas for quite some time now. The reasons to love Cena are his hard work and dedication to the business while the reasons to hate him easily outweigh those two.

No matter what happens, the company is going to let Cena win over youngster even if it means a complete burial. It is some sort of a habit rather than a decision and a lot of careers have been subjected to ‘Cena’ scrutiny in the past.

The fans are least interested on seeing the pay-per-view matches of Cena as they would already know what the result will be. When you are running a wrestling promotion, your fans turning face amidst a match is not at all a positive vibe.

#2 Brock Lesnar

The whole purpose of the WWE championship belt has been buried by Brock Lesnar’s reign. Lesnar won the title back in SummerSlam and has only made two defenses so far. That is two title defenses in nearly six months.

Remember the days when there was a rule which said the champion should defend their title every thirty days? Well, it doesn’t apply to Lesnar because he is a part-timer maybe. Things are going to get even worse for WWE with Lesnar appearing at UFC.

He could be on his way after WrestleMania and we have been in the situation before. Lesnar will not be eager to make his opponent good in his last day at work and it could further devalue the company’s stock among the fans.

#1 Vince McMahon

Seeing Vince McMahon on top of the list might not be a big surprise because it’s his company after all. Everything good and bad happening to the WWE is Vince McMahon’s responsibility and in the last few years, he has been messing up the entire promotion.

Vince is still the one who has final word on the booking decisions which means all the unpopular happenings in recent times including Batista win, Streak ending, Punk’s ill booking came thanks to none other than Vince.

In his defense, again, it is his company and he could do whatever he wants. But it’s the fans that judge the product and they deserve something better for the money they pay to buy tickets.
