It has now been confirmed that Brock Lesnar is on his way to Miami, Florida for WWE Raw to start the build up for SummerSlam & begin his storyline & is the "Plan C" that Heyman was referring to last week on Raw.
As noted before, John Cena will not be on Raw as he is needed on the set of his new movie & will be in New York City.
As noted before on several occasions, Cena & Lesnar are scheduled to face off at SummerSlam, & since Cena retained the title last night at WWE Battleground, the match will most probably be for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
