Dream booking an entire saga of Seth Rollins vs Roman Reigns

Finally!

It’s been a while since The SHIELD tore apart, and naturally, all three men have come a long way since then. Currently, arguably nobody is hotter in WWE than Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins. The former engaged in a brutal Hell In A Cell match with Bray Wyatt; and the latter defeated Kane to retain his WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

It would seem logical, then, to have to two encounter each other.

Rollins is on top of the world at the moment, and his heel work often brings in death threats. Roman Reigns has proven his doubters wrong over the past year and is now an over babyface. The pop he received when he became Number One Contender on Raw was evidence of that. It’s two polar opposites set to collide, and that’s what makes it special.

It’s been written in the stars that these two will contest over the gold, and it’s finally happening. And It’s ironic that it begins at Survivor Series, the same event where the two of them debuted as a part of The SHIELD three years ago.

The SHIELD’s WWE debut

WWE could just end it there, but I’d like to look further. Much further, in fact.

Obviously, the first encounter will be at Survivor Series. It should be a cracker, and in the end, there needs to be some sort of interference. Seth Rollins must retain in order to keep things moving along. Perhaps a Bray Wyatt interference? Although that would seem repetitive.

The Authority could have a say in it. Or even, Seth Rollins can win clean. The best way to go about it would be to have Rollins use some kind of heel tactic in the old school book and sneak his way to the win.

This would lead into TLC, where both men would compete in a TLC match, but not just them, in order to keep things fresh. It can be a Fatal Four Way involving possible Dolph Ziggler and maybe Cesaro. It is sure to be a monster of a match, and Rollins should once again retain.

Rollins vs Ziggler would be a show-stealer

At the Royal Rumble, WWE should be smart. Reigns needs to be booked away from Rollins, and in a Number One Contender's match with Cesaro. The winner of that would face the WWE World Heavyweight Champion at Fastlane. The Championship match at the Royal Rumble would be between Rollins and the other man from the Fatal Four Way: Dolph Ziggler, in which Rollins would retain.

The Number One Contender's match would end in a tie, resulting in a Triple Threat at Fastlane. Now, the winner of the Royal Rumble would be Dean Ambrose. I think you see where I am going with this.

WWE would have to throw a curveball at Fastlane. That is when Roman Reigns should dethrone Seth Rollins. Everyone would expect a title change at WrestleMania, but this is when it should happen, catching everyone off guard. It would also set up the WrestleMania Triple Threat perfectly.

Seth Rollins would have his rematch, and Dean Ambrose is the rightful Number One Contender as he won the Royal Rumble.

Could the three collide at WrestleMania 32?

This is where Dean Ambrose should claim the prize. Although Reigns would have a had a short first run, it would be fine as he is sure to have many more. Plus, in the past two years, the winner of the Royal Rumble hasn’t won at WrestleMania, and having Ambrose win will sit well with the fans.

WWE are trying to put butts in seats for next year’s WrestleMania 32 to break the indoor attendance record, and having a SHIELD Triple Threat as the main event could sell it well.

This is all just fan theory, of course. And this is probably way off, considering Sheamus’ Money In The Bank contract.
