Brian Kendrick makes an entry into the Power Rankings after a long time, thanks to his win over TJ Perkins at Hell in a Cell. Kendrick was crowned the new Cruiserweight champion at the show, and it marks the start of a promising title reign.
Kendrick is one of the most impressive characters in the entire WWE roster, and now that he has the gold around his waist, going up seems to be the only option. Perkins, as the challenger to Kendrick, is bound to give the fans a memorable storyline and the first step will be taken this week on Raw.
