Will Kofi Kingston prove that he's not a B Player?
Will Kofi Kingston prove that he's not a B Player?

WrestleMania 35 is just a few days away from us, and as of the writing, the match card is almost set for the event. A lot of amazing storylines are going to come to an end at the 35th edition of the grandest stage of them all.

For the first time in quite a while, all the #1 contenders for the Top Championships in their division are fan-favorites and fans are behind them with full support. While Becky Lynch will compete for the RAW Women's Championship in the main event of WrestleMania 35, Seth Rollins, on the other hand, would take on the beast, Brock Lesnar to slay him and become the new Universal Champion.

Another interesting storyline, and quite possibly the one which most fans are invested in, right now is that of the WWE Championship. Kofi Kingston is so close to achieving his dream and fans can't stop thinking about how amazing Kofi's crowning moment would be.

But what if these fan favorites don't win their matches? What if the heals are booked to win the match. Fans would surely be very disappointed. WWE fans have been more focal now than ever before, thanks to the IWC. Fans now react and let WWE know their displeasure for something not correctly booked.

At WrestleMania 35, a lot of fan favorites would step in the ring to try to overcome the task in front of them. With them, the fans will also be emotionally attached and would want them to get their WrestleMania moments. A wrong booking can cause a massive backlash.

Let's take a look at the 5 booking decisions at WrestleMania 35 that can cause a backlash among fans and could hurt WWE in the longer run.

#5 Lashley buries Balor

The Demon King needs to show up and get the Title back from Lashley!
The Demon King needs to show up and get the Title back from Lashley!

Finn Balor started the year with a bang when he replaced Braun Strowman in the Universal Championship Match at Royal Rumble by pinning John Cena clean. Though he failed to slay the beast, the match made him come out as a hero.

But after winning the Intercontinental Title at Elimination Chamber, Balor lost it back to Lashley and ever since the feud hasn't been something fans are invested in. Balor is again challenging Lashley for the title at WrestleMania, and Vince better book him to win the match as Balor is a fan-favorite and losing at WrestleMania would decrease his credibility.

Best way to make him win in a convincing manner? Let him come out as The Demon King!

#4 Charlotte becomes a double-champion

No Vince, please don't!
No Vince, please don't!

Last week on SmackDown, WWE threw us all a curveball by making Charlotte the SmackDown Women's Champion with less than two weeks before WrestleMania 35.

This decision is more shocking considering the fact that she is scheduled to face Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch for the RAW Women's Championship in the main event.

Fans didn't take this decision nicely, with many calling him the "Female Roman Reigns" or saying that she gets special attention because of her father, Ric Flair.

Now if WWE doesn't learn from this backlash and lets her win the main event and become a double champion at WrestleMania, the fans will go berserk. Not only are they behind Becky Lynch and want her to win the title, but many are also tired of seeing Charlotte being booked as better than others.

There's no denying the fact that Charlotte is an amazing wrestler, and definitely one of the top women's wrestlers in the world, but letting her win at 'Mania will backfire for sure.

#3 Rollins fails to slay the Beast

The reign of the beast needs to come to an end!
The reign of the beast needs to come to an end!

Seth Rollins is currently at the peak of his career with him being portrayed as the face of Monday Night RAW. The 2019 Royal Rumble winner, Seth is scheduled to face the Beast, Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 35.

It's not a secret that fans are tired of Brock's continuous absence and are furious due to the damage it is doing to the top title of the Red Brand. Having a part-time champion for so long was never a good idea, to begin with.

With fans firmly behind Rollins to slay the Beast at WrestleMania, if WWE books Lesnar to go over on this one, fans would lose their minds. At this point, the truth is that more than wanting Seth to win the Universal Title, fans want Brock to lose and go away. As harsh as it may sound, but that's the reality!

#2 Kofi is robbed off his WrestleMania moment

Will KofiMania take over the Metlife Stadium?
Will KofiMania take over the Metlife Stadium?

The last month or so has been like a dream come true for Kofi Kingston. Ever since that amazing performance in the gauntlet match before Elimination Chamber, Kofi has been the one fans have chosen to become the WWE Champion at WrestleMania.

After going through a lot of difficulties, facing almost everyone on the roster, wrestling for hours and hours continuously and what not, Kofi has finally got his title shot at WrestleMania.

Now, what do the fans want to see? Kofi walking out of 'Mania as the WWE Champion. While all the signs point towards that as this has been an amazing underdog storyline and fans, critics, and the whole locker room is rooting for Kofi to win the title.

But a loss here would shock everyone so badly that fans might begin to riot! Kofi needs to defeat Daniel Bryan and win this one. If not, WrestleMania 35 would be echoed with BOOS throughout the remaining night.

#1 Becky Lynch doesn't win the Main Event

No! Just No! She has to win anyhow!
No! Just No! She has to win anyhow!

WrestleMania 35 is going to be historical as for the first time Women's would main-event the grandest stage of them all. A huge reason for this is the popularity of Becky Lynch and how she has gotten her character into just another level.

Ever since turning heel at SummerSlam last year, Becky has been the fan-favourite as everyone loves her new attitude. Her anti-authority badass character has made a special place in the hearts of all the wrestling fans around the world.

Everyone is rooting for her to win the RAW Women's Championship at WrestleMania and end the show holding the title high. That is a WrestleMania moment that Becky deserves for all the hard work and effort that she has put into her character.

Any result other than Becky winning would not please the fans! Ronda has been long booked as unstoppable and fans are tired of Charlotte winning so many championships continuously. It's Becky's time, and she better win!

How do you think the fans would react if any of the above actually happens at WrestleMania? Will we see a massive IWC backlash? Sound off in the comments section below.
