Ambrose faced Styles in a Street Fight for the Championship

The latest WWE Live event took place in Florence, South Carolina. This Smackdown exclusive show, which was headlined by the WWE World Championship match between Dean Ambrose and AJ Styles didn’t record a full-house.

The results of the event have been provided below:

#1 The Miz (with Maryse) vs Dolph Ziggler [Non-title match]

Prior to the match starting, WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz announced that he would not put his title on the line for the match against Ziggler.

While the Showoff received an amazing pop from the audience, The Miz garnered a notable negative response. The two delivered an incredible back and forth contest to kick-off the show.

Maryse made several attempts to turn the match in her husband's favour but in the end, Ziggler Superkicked his way to victory.

Result: Dolph Ziggler defeated The Miz

#2 The Hype Bros (Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley), American Alpha (Chad Gable and Jason Jordan) and Apollo Crews vs Curt Hawkins, The Vaudevillains (Simon Gotch and Aiden English) and The Ascension (Viktor and Konor)

This was an exciting tag team contest following the encounter between Miz and Ziggler. All the wrestlers involved in the match had their moments in this bout.

Result: Apollo Crews, American Alphas and The Hype Bros defeated The Vaudevillains, The Ascension and Curt Hawkins

#3 Baron Corbin vs Jack Swagger

Corbin and Swagger’s match lasted only a few minutes with the Lone Wolf dominating the former World Heavyweight Champion. The End of Days to Swagger helped Corbin to pick up the victory.

Ater the match, Corbin grabbed a microphone and demanded a decent competition. The former United States Champion Kalisto answered his challenge.

Result: Baron Corbin defeated Jack Swagger

#4 Kalisto vs Baron Corbin

This was an unexpectedly short match. Although Corbin tried to obliterate Kalisto, the Lucha Dragon quickly counter-attacked and pinned Corbin to get the win.

Result: Kalisto defeated Baron Corbin

#5 Bray Wyatt (with Luke Harper) vs Kane

With Randy Orton being out of action, the leader of the Wyatt Family had to compete with Kane in a one-on-one match.

The match was decent but the crowd weren’t into it. Kane pinned Wyatt after delivering a Chokeslam.

Result: Kane defeated Bray Wyatt

#6 Heath Slater and Rhyno(c) vs Breezango (Tyler Breeze and Fandango) [Smackdown Tag Team Championship match]

Slater and Rhyno were greeted with cheers from the crowd.

This tag team Championship match was decent and had some fine moments as well. Slater has involved in the majority of the contest but in the end, it was the Gore from Rhyno that helped them retain the gold.

Result: Rhyno and Slater retained the Smackdown Tag Team Championships over Breezango

#7 Becky Lynch(c) vs Natalya vs Nikki Bella vs Carmella vs Alexa Bliss [Fatal five-way match for the Smackdown Women's Championship]

An interesting initiative to involve most of the female roster in the Championship picture.

Nikki Bella and Becky Lynch received a louder pop than the other participants. Lynch forced Bliss to tap out to the Dis-Arm-Her, thereby retaining the Championship.

Result: Becky Lynch defeated Alexa Bliss, Carmella, Natalya and Nikki Bella to retain the Smackdown Women's Championship

James Ellsworth was appointed as the Guest time-keeper for the main event of the evening. The fans were vocal throughout the match as Ambrose and Styles delivered another ‘match of the night’ performance.

Result: AJ Styles defeated Dean Ambrose

After the match, Styles attempted another beat-down on the Lunatic Fringe but Ellsworth made the save. The Live event concluded with Styles receiving a No Chin Music from James Ellsworth, followed by a Dirty Deeds from Dean Ambrose.
