Eva Marie has been out since August 16th. She was supposed to perform at Summerslam, but only 3 days before the show, she was suspended for failing WWE’s Wellness Policy. Although her 30-day suspension was completed on September 18th, she has still been out for over two months now, filming.
However, amidst the glamour of acting, The Smackdown Live superstar took to twitter to tease a possible return:

At first, it was rumored that she would return right after Survivor Series, but it was later reported by All Wrestling News that she would be back only sometime around December, as she was filming yet another movie. The next Smackdown Live exclusive Pay-Per-View will be TLC that takes place on December 4th.
There are only two weeks between Survivor Series and TLC, so it is unlikely that she would be in any storyline if she comes back this coming Tuesday. After TLC, the build to Royal Rumble begins, so there is a huge window for her to return.
Eva Marie was filming a movie titled Inconceivable with Hollywood superstars such as Nicolas Cage and Faye Dunaway. She is currently said to be filming a comedy titled 1 Action Movie. The shooting for the latter happens to be in Canada as well.
The Total Divas star’s husband, Jonathan Coyle, was outraged when Eva Marie was suspended, claiming that it was an unjust decision by WWE. He tweeted that the “facts were coming soon”. However, he pulled down his tweets not long after and he was quiet about the incident ever since.
As for Eva Marie, she was riding a good wave of momentum before she was suspended. After being drafted to SmackDown Live, Eva Marie began a storyline where she would find various ways to get out of wrestling her scheduled matches.
This storyline was comedic, and garnered a lot of praise from the WWE Universe, most of whom are extremely critical towards Eva Marie.
