MJF mocks AEW star after major backstage confrontation

AEW star MJF has fired shots at another popular All Elite star after their interaction a few days ago at Fyter Fest. His spirits appear to be high, as he projects that no one can mess with him easily.

Last Wednesday, Will Ospreay and the former AEW World Champion ran into each other backstage. The two got into a heated exchange, with things turning personal. Ospreay was ready to strike and put his hands on Friedman's collar. However, before anything could happen, the Hurt Syndicate surrounded him and forced him to step away.

MJF has taken to social media to gloat following the situation. He posted pictures of his stablemates surrounding The Aerial Assassin, with him having to pull away. He had a short message following this, as this situation appears to show that no one can mess with him any longer, regardless of who they are. His tweet can be found here.

MJF is targeting certain former WWE Superstar

Last Wednesday, The Salt of the Earth revealed his next course of action. He was looking forward to Grand Slam: Mexico as he had found his next target. This would be CMLL's beloved star, Mistico.

MJF has laid down a challenge to the luchador, and he'll get a preview of him as it has been announced that the former WWE Superstar will be at AEW Summer Blockbuster. The 29-year-old took to X/Twitter to mention how Mistico will be the next of the luchadors whom he plans on testing in the ring:

"El Santo=Mid. Mil mascaras=Mid. Blue Demon=Mid. Mistico=…I’ll be the judge this Wednesday. Let’s see what ya got, Kid."

This looks to be one of the blockbuster contests that the company is building up for the event in Mexico. MJF has proven that he has what it takes to compete with the best luchadors in the world, and the CMLL icon could be another one he'll add to the list.
