Episode 7 recap
The seventh episode began by showing Chise and her friends in their physical education class, where the activity of the day was rock climbing. As this played out, Elias and Adolf had a conversation when the fotmer realized that he enjoys seeing Chise happy, even if a twinge of pain comes from seeing it be with others.
The episode then focused on Philomela Sargant, who was revealed to be part of an abusive home life and was only allowed to attend the College because of Veronica Rickenbacker. The episode also showed on Alice Swayne here, establishing her newfound dedication to her studies in light of her conversation with Renfred, her teacher. Renfred then discussed his side of the situation with Adolf before passing out drunk in his office.
