One Piece has introduced many transformations throughout its decades-long run, with Luffy's Gear 5 standing as the most iconic. However, Robin's Demonio Fleur, revealed during the Wano arc, remains one of the series' most intriguing transformations and may foreshadow her eventual awakening as the "Devil Child."
Demonio Fleur has appeared only once in the series, during Robin’s fight against one of the Beast Pirate officers while aiding Sanji. This transformation is an application of Nico Robin's Devil Fruit, allowing her to sprout a scaled-up copy of her body with devil-like features. Its primary allure within the fandom stems from Robin's own dialogue, suggesting her acceptance of the "Devil Child" identity.

Robin's Demonio Fleur explained
Robin's named techniques follow an established nomenclature that consists of the number of arms she will manifest, translated into Spanish, followed by "Fleur," which means "flower" in French. Although this is not outright stated, the names are accepted as references to the sprouting or blooming aspect of her Devil Fruit.
While Robin mostly uses her Devil Fruit to manifest smaller limbs to restrain or incapacitate opponents, her Gigante Fleur technique allows her to manifest a giant version of her entire upper body along with numerous giant limbs to aid her in battle.
Demonio Fleur is essentially an extension of Gigante Fleur in function. Similar to Gigante Fleur, Demonio Fleur manifests a giant version of Robin but with reddish skin, devil-like horns paired with bat-like wings, as well as fangs. Her Devil Fruit only allows her to sprout copies of her own body parts, and the technique or causes behind Demonio Fleur's devilish appearance are unknown.
While the devilish appearance most likely references her epithet, "Devil Child," which the World Government uses to ostracize her, the change in skin color and the manifestation of additional features like horns and bat wings suggest that it might foreshadow her Devil Fruit's awakening.

Robin's Devil Fruit powers in One Piece
The exact time, location, and events that led to Nico Robin eating her Devil Fruit are not known. It is only theorized that she acquired the fruit before Ohara was destroyed via a Buster Call. Robin's Devil Fruit is named the Hana Hana no Mi, or Flower-Flower Fruit, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows her to replicate and sprout any and all of her body parts on any surface she judges suitable.
While its offensive applications have mostly been demonstrated on inconsequential background characters, the time skip following the Marineford arc revealed a much more offense-oriented application.
The fruit’s initial applications saw Nico Robin using it primarily to restrain characters. Later, she learned to coagulate multiple sprouting limbs to create much larger, scaled-up versions of her body. Although Robin herself is mostly a non-combatant, her Devil Fruit—and its ability to manifest numerous limbs in various sizes—has made her one of the most integral crew members in combat scenarios.
Final thoughts
Nico Robin's devil fruit makes her one of the most powerful female characters and her Demonio Fleur is a prime example of what her devil fruit abilities could do to her. While these abilities might stand no chance against the abilities of the Monster trio, they still make Nico Robin a crucial part of the Straw Hat Pirates.
