According to her college roster, in the 2019-20 season, Padilla was honored with the 2020 Ivy League Rookie of the Year and 2020 First Team All-Ivy as a freshman at Penn. The player attended 27 games, starting all of them, and averaged a team-high 32.4 minutes per game. She averaged 17.4 points per game as a freshman and led her side to second place in the Ivy League. The American player ended the season with 73 made 3-pointers, which was recorded as the fourth most in a season in Penn history, as per her college roster. In the 2020-21 season, which was canceled following the COVID-19 pandemic, Padilla’s name was listed in the Mid-Major Player of the Year Watch List. As a junior in 2021-22, she was First Team All-Ivy, First Team All-Big 5, CoBL.com All-City 6 First Team, All-ECAC Second Team, and PhillySIDA Academic All-Area.
