Associate Head Coach
Karen Blair has entered her fifth season with the Terrapins as an associate head coach after joining the program in 2018 as an assistant coach. She also had coaching stops at Virginia Commonwealth, Colgate, North Texas, and Southern Methodist.

Kaitlynn Fratz, Lindsey Spann, Jessica Imhof, and Noelle Cobb are the four assistant coaches on the Maryland women’s basketball coaching staff. Kaitlynn Fratz began his role as an assistant coach in 2019 and joined the coaching staff in 2017 as the Director of Recruiting Operations.
