Bumrah was again at his very best at Melbourne as he picked up six wickets in the first innings to bundle out Aussies for just 151. With this fifer, he became the first Asian bowler to take five-wicket hauls in South Africa, England, and Australia in a calendar year.
He has taken 48 wickets in his debut year in Tests. Only Curtly Ambrose (49) and Terry Alderman (54) are ahead of Bumrah in this list.
