Anil Kumble has been arguably the greatest match winner that India has ever produced. The tally of 956 international wickets is a testament to the same. He took 619 test wickets out of which came, many came in a lot of memorable wins for India.
He was not a big turner of the ball, but was just very accurate in bowling consistent and tight line and lengths. This not only helped in snaring the wickets of top batsman but also with the tail-enders. He got them out a record 201 times for his country.
