Destiny 2 Lightfall ViDoc: Date, time, and expected content

Bungie is planning on revealing even more content regarding Destiny 2 Lightfall, as the company has scheduled a ViDoc ahead of the expansion's release. ViDocs are short developer videos that showcase everything the company has in store for its next expansion. This time, however, it seems that Bungie has a lot more to say compared to previous entries.

Everyone will be pleased to know that this year's ViDoc isn't far off from premiering, as Bungie announced that their special program would go live on February 16, at 7 am PST. Based on the video's metadata, it has been revealed that the ViDoc will be 16 minutes long, a record time compared to any showcase Bungie has done for an expansion.


Release date and time of Destiny 2 Lightfall ViDoc in all major regions

ViDocs are known for applying the final touch in revealing the upcoming content in expansions. This small premiere will feature plenty of developers and minds behind the game talking about various new aspects that may or may not have already been shown. Whatever the case might be, it is definitely an exciting time to be a Destiny 2 fan.

On February 16, anyone excited about the ViDoc can tune into Destiny 2's official YouTube channel and wait for the video to premiere. While the release time has been set to 7 am PST, the times at different locations will vary. Hence, the release times of the Destiny 2 Lightfall ViDoc in all major regions are as follows:

  • India: 8:30 pm (February 16)
  • China: 11 pm (February 16)
  • UK: 4 pm (February 16)
  • Australia: 1 am (February 17)
  • Brazil: 12 pm (February 16)

Bungie has also released a small trailer to give everyone an idea of what to expect from the upcoming ViDoc. One of their official announcements regarding the premiere claimed the upcoming video will be the most in-depth yet. The trailer also shows bits of Witness, Emperor Calus, and the developers.


What to expect from the Lightfall ViDoc?

Similar to previous years, Bungie will have a lot to say regarding sandbox changes, new subclasses, weapons, and additional gear in Lightfall. Players can expect the developers to go deep into Strand's different Aspects and Fragments.

Alongside Neomuna's new locations and missions, there will be plenty of weapons and armor pieces to talk about as well. Destiny 2 Lightfall's official release date is scheduled for release on February 28, 2023.
