Warzone 2's latest Ranked Play glitch is not letting players earn SR after the winning kill

Call of Duty: Warzone 2 debuted the anticipated Ranked Play mode. Players can now enjoy more competition in the battle royale. Since the mode is still in beta, various issues may arise, one of which is that players are not receiving the final kill Skill Rating (SR) points. The most significant aspect of this mode is SR, which helps users increase their rank and Skill Division.

A performance-based Skill Rating (SR) is used in Warzone 2's ranked play, and it can be acquired by defeating opponents, providing assists, placement, and even from kills by teammates. With fewer squads remaining in the contest, more SR can be collected.

The final/winning kill or assist provides you 15 SR and 7 SR, respectively, even when teammates kill the last person. However, a recent bug has occurred in which players are not receiving the SR linked with the final kill, causing them to become irritated at not obtaining the appropriate amount of their hard-earned SR.

Furthermore, the in-game SR tracker correctly displays the SR with the last kill but is not rewarded in the AAR (After Action Review), resulting in the present imbalance highlighted by the community.

The developers have recognized the issue and listed it in their official Trello board with the description, "Thank you for your reports! We're currently investigating and working toward a fix for SR not being granted for the winning kill of a match, including SR for the kill itself and any SR given to teammates for either an assist or an unassisted teammate kill."

Ranked Play is popular among the community; thus, the developers will do everything they can to keep it as perfect as possible so that their fandom has a positive gaming experience. Since the developers have identified the problem, it may be resolved as quickly as possible to maintain the mode more equitable for all.
