Semmelweis synergizes excellently with Arcanists who lose HP while casting their incantations. However, Timekeepers must have healers on their teams to compensate for their HP loss.

Players can use Eternity of Mineral Afflatus, Lucy of Intelligence Afflatus, and Windsong of Star Afflatus for DPS. Timekeepers can also place Semmelweis in a DPS role and have Kakania of Plant Afflatus support her.

Players can use Vila of Plant Afflatus, Balloon Party of Mineral Afflatus, and Ezra Theodore of Star Afflatus (at Insight III) for healers. They can also pair Semmelweis with Bkornblume, Isolde, A Knight, and 6 for the fourth slot options in the Mane’s Bulletin.
