- The Monaco Grand Prix is the sole exception with a race length of 78 laps / 260.286 km. For all other races, it is the smallest number of complete laps that exceeds 305 kilometers .
- The practice session for the race is held on the Thursday preceding the race instead of Friday.This allows the streets to be opened to the public again on Friday.
