Another long-serving member who was a part of Bayern Munich's previous treble-winning side, Javi Martinez will reportedly be moved on this summer. The Spanish midfielder was the most expensive purchase in the club's history when he arrived from Athletic Bilbao in 2012 for a fee believed to be in the region of €40 million.

Since then, Martinez has established himself as one of the leaders of the squad and is one of the most decorated players of his generation. A defensive midfielder by trade, the Spaniard is also capable of slotting in as a central defender if needed thanks to his versatility.

At the age of 31, Bayern Munich cannot offer Martinez regular playing time, due to which he looks set to depart the club this summer. Fiorentina are frontrunners for his signature as things stand, as the Serie A club look to reunite him with his former teammate Franck Ribery.

#2 Thiago Silva | Paris Saint-Germain

Veteran defender Thiago Silva is a living embodiment of the fact that form is temporary, but class is permanent. Despite being just a month away from his 36th birthday, the Brazilian central defender is still capable of delivering the goods for a top European side, as he showed with Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League this season.

Alongside Presnel Kimpembe, Silva was rock-solid at the back for the Parisian side and spearheaded them to the final, before they were eventually beaten by Bayern Munich.

Having been signed as one of the cornerstones of Nasser Al Khelaifi's PSG project, the former AC Milan man is one of the greatest defenders of his generation. Silva has been linked with moves to Fiorentina and Chelsea, as he looks set to carry on playing despite edging closer to his 40s.

#1 Thiago Alcantara | Bayern Munich

Midfield maestro Thiago Alcantara has been a loyal servant for Bayern Munich since joining the club in 2013. However, with a year left on his current deal, he is reportedly looking for a new challenge and could depart the Bavarian giants this summer.

Blessed with a wide array of passes and outstanding ball control, the Spaniard graduated from the La Masia academy and was hailed as Xaxi's heir. Thiago established himself as a first-team player at Barcelona and followed Pep Guardiola to Bayern Munich in 2013, where he became one of the best players in the world in his position.

The 29-year-old was it his brilliant best for Bayern in the Champions League and ran the show from the centre of the park, as the Bundesliga side completed the treble.

While Hansi Flick is a massive fan of the player and is desperate to keep hold of him, reports suggest that the Spaniard is keen on a move to Premier League champions Liverpool this summer, having agreed personal terms with the Reds.
