#3 Georginio Wijnaldum (Paris Saint-Germain)

Georginio Wijnaldum snubbed Barcelona in the 11th hour before setting sail for Paris Saint-Germain. The Dutchman had a decent summer where he was a standout performer for his national side at Euro 2020. The 30-year-old scored three goals in four appearances in the continental competition.

He is a hard-working player and was expected to be a solid addition to PSG's midfield. However, Wijnaldum has failed to make an impact and has been one of their worst players so far this term.

PSG, as a team, haven't really matched the expectations of supporters and the former Liverpool man's form is emblematic of their struggles. Wijnaldum has made 12 appearances for PSG so far this term, only six of which were starts.

He has already admitted that he is not happy with the situation but it's not like the player has been helping his case. Wijnaldum is yet to score a goal or provide an assist in 12 games.

#2 Jadon Sancho (Manchester United)

Jadon Sancho finally arrived at Manchester United at the end of a drawn-out transfer saga for €85 million. The former Borussia Dortmund man had grown in reputation as one of the best young wingers in the world during his time in the Bundesliga.

Unfortunately, he is yet to score a goal or register an assist for the Red Devils after making 10 appearances. Only six of those have been starts but Manchester United would have definitely been hoping for more from Sancho.

The 21-year-old has offered flashes of his incredible ability but he has not been anywhere near his best so far. With the Red Devils heading into a testing set of fixtures and with Solskjaer's job reportedly on the line, they'll need their big players to deliver.

10 matches represent a sufficient amount of time for a player to get used to the pace of the game in England. Now it's on Sancho to repay the faith placed on him by the club and the manager.

#1 Antoine Griezmann (Atletico Madrid)

Atletico Madrid signed Antoine Griezmann from Barcelona on a season-long loan deal with the option to extend by one year and an obligation to buy for €40 million. So effectively, the Frenchman has returned to Atletico Madrid on a permanent basis.

The welcome he received on his return has been rather cold. To make things worse, the 30-year-old looks a shadow of the player who left Atletico Madrid for Barcelona in the summer of 2019. He has turned in one noteworthy performance so far and it came against AC Milan in the Champions League.

Since making his second debut for Atletico Madrid against Espanyol, almost every other game has just passed him by. He has scored just a single goal in seven appearances and has done more to hamper his side's attacking flow from last season than help it.
