#3 Brendan Rodgers

Brendan Rodgers is one of the best managers in the Premier League right now and Arsenal would do well to get him out of Leicester City.

Many will argue that right now, Leicester City are a better team than Arsenal. While the Foxes have regularly competed for the top-four spots in recent seasons, Arsenal under Mikel Arteta have languished in mediocrity. Leicester City are a smartly run club and are renowned for their transfers.

Rodgers has played a key role since his arrival, and under his management, Leicester City have won the FA Cup and the FA Community Shield. If Arsenal do decide to replace Arteta with Rodgers, the process will not be easy. However, Rodgers is an excellent manager and would surely help Arsenal.

#2 Graham Potter

Graham Potter was heavily linked with Arsenal's arch-rivals Tottenham Hotspur this summer, but he remained with Brighton & Hove Albion.

Potter is regarded by many as the best English manager right now. Having made his name at Ostersund in Sweden, Potter spent a season as manager of Swansea City before joining the Seagulls in 2019. Brighton & Hove Albion finished 16th last season, but deserved much more than that.

The 46-year old is a modern manager who is tactically flexible. Potter will surely get his chance at a top six club sooner rather than later, and the Gunners should be keeping an eye on him.

#1 Antonio Conte

The man most Arsenal fans would like to replace Mikel Arteta with, Antonio Conte is currently unemployed.

Like Graham Potter, Conte was persistently linked with Tottenham Hotspur this summer, but a deal failed to materialize. The Italian departed Inter Milan after winning the Serie A title last season and is widely seen as one of the best managers in world football.

Conte is a mercurial character and is not an easy person to work with. However, he guarantees results, especially in the league. The 52-year old is no stranger to Premier League football, having won the league with Chelsea in 2017.
